Interviewing: Lessons Learned.
- Make sure that your audience is being serious...or not
- Make sure you pick people who could answer your question
- Thinking on feet...if questions you have planned aren’t enough, know what to do next.
- Be willing to following the questions...but to a point. On the fly.
- Have a manageable amount of questions. Be concise.
- Considerate of the other person’s time.
- Give questions before you go to the interview.
- Scheduled meetings ahead of time.
